Boarding

Boarding Policies:

• Boarding reservations can be made up to 6 months in advance.
• In order to hold reservation dates a 50% deposit is required.
• All paperwork must be submitted 3 days in advance of the reservation start date. 
• All forms can be found on this website and submitted to the email address provided under the contact information on this website.

Required Vaccinations:

• Dogs:
  • Parvovirus
  • Distemper
  • Hepatitis
  • Rabies (annual or tri-annual)
  • Bordetella (injectable or intranasal - 6 months or annually)
  • Annual negative heartworm test
  • Annual negative fecal test
• Cats:
  • Feline Panleukopenia Virus
  • Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis
  • Feline Caliciviruses
  • Rabies (annual or tri-annual)
  • Feline Leukemia virus (FeLV)
  • Bordetella (6 months or annually)
  • No FIV/FeLV positive cats will be accepted

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance of reservation start date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of their reservation start date will forfeit the 50% deposit.

Check in/Out Boarding Hours:

• Pet Check-in Hours 1:30-5 pm*
• Pet Check-out Hours 7:30-11 am*

* The set time frame for pick up and drop off allows staff to properly sanitize kennels for incoming pets.
