Attention all strong mothers! Get your dance on and celebrate Mother’s Day early with Family and MWR. As part of this year’s Strong BANDS Campaign, Family and MWR will be hosting the Mother’s Day Zumbathon! This is an outdoor event, so remember to bring your water! The event will feature two Zumba instructors and is a sure way to get you moving.

Children welcome! Wear yellow in support of STRONG B.A.N.D.S program.
