Join EFMP Family Support to learn more about the impact of living with this chronic health condition. We will discuss the different kinds of diabetes, risk factors, symptoms, and helpful prevention methods. Participants will receive information about monitoring, meal planning, medications, complications, exercising, and stress management.
Guest speaker: Debra Kinney, community education specialist with Alliance Health.
