Sit with us to gain ADHD resources, new perspectives and support. Meet other parents of children with SDHD and be heard without being judged. We get it, and we are here to help each other. We will discuss how others cope with similar issues and challenges, and learn new strategies to try at home. Join our discussion and renew your feelings of hope and empowerment.

Child care is available for children registered with CYS. Parents must make reservations prior to the event.
